We have
$(5 x - 3 x) {(2 - 3 x)}^{\frac{1}{2}} = 0$
${(2 - 3 x)}^{\frac{1}{2}} = 0$
$2 - 3 x = 0$ [by squaring both sides ]
$∴ x = \frac{2}{3}$
Hence, the value of $x = \frac{2}{3}$ .
