GIVEN;
MASS OF THE BODY = 0.5KG
FORCE APPLIED ON IT = 2N
SO ACCELERATION = FORCE /MASS = 2/0.5 = 4m/s2
BUT THE ACCELERATION OF THE OBJECT WAS FOUND TO BE 3m/s2
SO DIFFERENSE IN ACTUAL AND RESULTANT ACCELERATION = 4-3 = 1m/s2
SO THE FORCE OF FRICTION = MASS OF THE BODY X DIFFERENCE IN ACTUAL AND RESULTANT ACCELERATION
= 0.5 X 1 = 0.5N
