$\frac{x - 1}{5} + \frac{x - 2}{2} = \frac{x}{3} + 1$

Given,

$\frac{x - 1}{5} + \frac{x - 2}{2} = \frac{x}{3} + 1$

LCM of $5$ and $3$ is $10$ .
$\Rightarrow \frac{2 (x - 1) + 5 (x - 2)}{10} = \frac{x + 3}{3}$
By cross multiplication,
$6 (x - 1) + 15 (x - 2) = 10 (x + 3)$
$\Rightarrow 6 x - 6 + 15 x - 30 = 10 x + 30$
$\Rightarrow 6 x - 6 + 15 x - 30 - 10 x - 30 = 0$
$\Rightarrow 6 x + 15 x - 10 x - 6 - 30 - 30 = 0$
$\Rightarrow 11 x - 66 = 0$
$\Rightarrow 11 x = 66$
$\Rightarrow x = \frac{66}{11}$
$∴ x = 6$
