$\Rightarrow (5 x)^{2} - 2 (5 x) \times 3 + (3)^{2} = 0$
$\Rightarrow (5 x - 3)^{2} = 0$
This gives $x = \frac{3}{5}, \frac{3}{5}$ or simply $x = \frac{3}{5}$ as the required solution.
