$⟹\frac{6(x+5)-3(3x-1)+4(4-x)}{24}=\frac{49}{24}$

Multiplying 24 on both sides we get

$⟹6x+30-9x+3+16-4x=49$

$⟹-7x+49=49$

$⟹-7x=49-49=0$

$⟹x=\frac{0}{-7}=0$
