The correct option is A x=2,y=3

2x+y=1...........(1)

3x4y=18........(2)

y=12x...........from (1)

putting value of y in (1)

3x4(12x)=18

3x4+8x=18

11x=22

x=2
Using value of x
4+y=1

y=3
