Given,
$2 x - 11 \leq 7 - 3 x$
By taking the like one side equation,we get
$2 x + 3 x \leq 11 + 7$
$5 x \leq 18$
$x \leq \frac{18}{5}$
$x \leq 3.6$
As per the condition given in the question $x \in N$
Therefore solution set of $x = {1, 2, 3}$ can be represented on the number line as shown,
