Draw the line joining the point $(0,4)$ and $(6,0)$ to get the graph of $2x+3y=12$

Consider,
$x-y=1$
$y=x-1$

Put $x=0$

$\Rightarrow y=-1$

Put $x=1$

$\Rightarrow y=0$

Draw the line joining the point $(0,-1)$ and $(1,0)$ to get the graph of $x-y=1$

From the graph it can be seen that point of intersection of two lines $(3,2)$

Hence required solution is $(3,2)$
