Given equations,
$2 x + 3 y = 4 \to (1)$
$5 x + 4 y = 3 \to (2)$
$(1) \times 5 - (2)$
$10 x + 15 y - 10 x - 8 y = 20 - 6$
$7 y = 14$
$y = 2$
$(1) \Rightarrow 2 x + 6 = 4$
$x = - 1$
$x = - 1, y = 2$ is solution of given equations.
