and

$2y+\frac{x+11}{7}=10$ $\Rightarrow$ $7(2y+\frac{x+11}{7}=10)$

$\Rightarrow$ $33x-y-7+22=110$ and $\Rightarrow$ $14y+x+11=70$

$\Rightarrow$ $33x-y+15=110$ and $\Rightarrow$ $x+14y=59$

$\Rightarrow$ $14(33x-y=95)$ and $\Rightarrow$ $x+14y=59$

$462x-14y=1330$

$x+14y=59$

$463x-0=1389$

$\Rightarrow$ $463x=1389$

$\Rightarrow$ $x=3$

$\Rightarrow$ $y=4$
