Solution

Dear Student

(i) During driving ,temperature of air inside increases while its volume remains constant. According to Charles law,at constant volume V; P(pressure) is directly proportional to T(temperature). Therefore pressure inside tyre increases.

(ii) Since, it is to be used as a coolant, it should not get heated up by any external agency so easily. thus, it has to have high specific heat so that it doesn't get cooled with ordinary conditions.
