Q.27. A parachutist speeds up as he falls down towards ground, until he attains a constant speed. How would you describe the force of air resistance that acts on him?
a) It decreases as he goes faster until it is less than the weight of the parachutist.

Force of friction goes on increasing with increase in speed of the person and when it becomes equal to the weight of the person than the man acheive a constant velocity as net force on him becomes zero.Regards
