Area of $△$BAD = $\frac{1}{2}\times AB\times AD=\frac{1}{2}\times 40\times 9=180{\mathrm{m}}^2$
Area of ☐ABCD = Ar of $△$BDC + Ar of $△$BAD
= 390 + 180
= 570 m²
