Some models of room heaters have a fan blowing air,instead of having a heating coil and a relector. Do you think this could be an advantage ? What mode of heat transfer is used while blowing air in the above heater ?

Heater with the fan or blower works on the basis of convection and the heater will coil works on the principle of radiation.

Convector heaters are used to warm the air in the space where as coil heaters are used to warm the nearest object. This is the main advantage of convector heaters
