The correct option is (A): 333

The total distance is 60 meters

Let after covering x meter by B in time t they meet

So we can write

x=ut+12at2

As initial velocity is 0 so

x=12at2 ----------(1)

So, for A we can write

(60x)=20t12at2 (Initial velocity is 20 m/s)-------------(2)

Adding equations 1 and 2

We get,

60x+x=20t

Or,t=3sec

Both cars will cross each other after 3 sec.
