a. Constant efforts have been made by the Gulf region to upgrade agriculture by introducing latest farming techniques.
b. Government has been ensuring the latest equipment are made available to the farmers.
c. Also is upgrading its irrigation mechanism, besides that farmers are continuously updated and informed about practises like organic farming, horticulture.
d. Efforts are also made to encourage farmers to go for crop rotation and multiple farm practises.
e. Government has also taken up studies and research with regard to reclaimation of sandy soils, projects for water harvesting to meet water needs, steps have been taken to improve irrigation
f. Projects have also been implemented with regard to improving ​Nurseries and seedlings productiom.
g. Horticultural crops have also been developed,.
