In developing countries unemployment is more severe and harsh due to the low development and growth of the country. With people being disguisedly or under employed, the standard of living in such area falls to a serious low and bear negative effects on the economy. In contrast to this, unemployment in developed countries is relatively less severe due to standardized growth and development. This leads to comparatively fewer problems in the economy. Thus, the problems and the degree of unemployment differs in developed and developing countries.
