Why the tetrahedral complexes having four differnt groups to central atom do not show optical activity ?

Tetrahedral complexes having all the four groups different donot show optical activity. This is because such complexes are labile i.e. they easily undergo exchange of ligands and therefore cannot be isolated.
Hence, they are optically inactive.
