Male players from club E who play either cricket or football = $\frac{9}{16}\times (\frac{24}{100}\times 2400+\frac{21}{100}\times 3200)=702$
Club F players who play football $=(\frac{5}{100}\times 3200)=160$
Reqd. Percentage $=\frac{702}{160}\times 100=438\frac{3}{4}\%$
