This is irrespective of the number of students graduating.

Let, the number of students in High School=100;

No. of teachers=100/25 = 4;

To increase the teacher pupil ratio to 20, the number of teachers should be 100/20 = 5;

% One teacher should be added to the already existing 4. i.e. 25% increase in the no. of teachers
