Solution

The correct option is C

Hunting.

Many species have been hunted to extinction or to the point where they are critically endangered. One example of this is dodo birds. The dodo lived on an island in Mauritius. When sailors arrived in the sixteenth century they found that the dodo was very easy to catch, and even though it didn't taste very good, they were eaten. Hunting was so intense that population of dodo bird significantly reduced and after few years dodo birds were extinct. And in 1800 human hunting increased at vast scale.
