Open in App
Solution

CP of the first variety of wheat = Rs 40×6.25=Rs. 250
CP of second variety of wheat = Rs 30×7=Rs. 210
Total CP = Rs (250 + 210)
= Rs 460
Total amount of wheat = (40 + 30) kg
= 70 kg
Now, gain percentage = gainCP×100Gain=(gain%)×CP100Gain=460×5100=Rs 23 SP = CP + gain = 460 + 23 = Rs 483

∴ Rate per kg = Rs 48370=Rs 6.9
