Question

suppose from non conducting bigger sphere of uniform charge density an smaller sphere is cut out such that it lie within bigger sphere than what is electric field inside smaller sphere( in hollow region)? Is it zero? If not is it uniform.?

It will not zero because it can be zero when the sphere is suppose to be conducting.It will have Electric field which will be a function of r(radius).It will not be uniform.
