Solution

Speech
Dear team members, good-morning.
TOGETHER we stand, TOGETHER we fall, TOGETHER we win, and winners take ALL.
From tomorrow we start our Inter - House Basketball Tournament and I just wanted to share with you all my thoughts on benefits of better coordination and team spirit. What is Team work - it is the behaviour of a group of individuals who interact with each other dynamically, have a shared past, have a shared future and shared a common fate. There are just a few points to keep in mind when we play as one team. First our mission to win and the strategy adopted to reach it should be specifically clear to all. Secondly during a game we must monitor our performance from time to time. In case we find something lacking we must coordinate. If we see a conflict emerging among out team members we must motivate, build confidence all around and remind all involved of the team goal. Many researchers have shown that team work and team spirit improve when we are in a comfortable environment.
Better coordination amongst team members helps in solving problems faster, we accomplish tasks targeted and more importantly we build relationships. Each team member has the responsibility to contribute equally and give his best to the team. It is when the things start to go wrong that the spirit and coordination of team members should be at its best.
So my team, remember to win, which we must, communicate and coordinate better, play your best and support other to do the same. Remember talent wins games, but teamwork and intelligence wins championships.
All the best.
