Aim of Susan= 26 miles in 3 hours and 54 minutes.
=26 miles in (180+54) minutes.
= 26 miles in 234 minutes.

She can run 26 miles at a pace of 11 minutes/mile.
Total time taken= 2611
= 286 minutes.

She has to decrease (286234) minutes.
= 52 minutes.
Time taken to cover 20 miles in a week(1)= 2610100
= 260 minutes.

Increases speed =14 minute/mile.
Distance travel =1426=6.5 minutes.

Now time taken =2606.5=253.5 minutes.
