The given sequence of nucleotides in DNA strand is TAC AAA GGG TTT CAA CCC. Thus, the sequence of nucleotides in mRNA strand will be AUG UUU CCC AAA GUU GGG as mRNA has complementary sequence to that of DNA strand. There are six triplet codons in mRNA, hence it will code for six amino acids. Amino acid for AUG is methionine, for UUU is phenylalanine, for CCC is proline, for AAA is lysine, for GUU is valine and for GGG is glycine.
