Solution

1)C.P.=Rs.250
S.P.=325

Therefore, Profit = Rs.75

Profit % = 75×100250=30 %

2)C.P.=Rs.12,000
S.P.=Rs.13,500

Therefore, profit = Rs.1,500

Profit % = 1500×10012000=12.5 %

3)C.P.=Rs.2,500
S.P.=Rs.3,000

Therefore, profit = Rs.500

Profit % = 500×1002500=20 %

4)C.P.=Rs.250
S.P.=Rs.150

Therefore, loss = Rs.100

Loss % = 100×100250=40 %
