According to the given conditions,
Temperature from $12 : 00$ to $1 : 00 p . m .$ $3 ° C$ temperature is increased,
so, temperature at $1 : 00 p . m .$ will be $+ 5 ° C + 3 ° C = + 8 ° C$
Temperature from $1 : 00 p . m .$ to $2 : 00 p . m .$ $1 ° C$ temperature is decreased,
so, temperature at $2 : 00 p . m .$ will be $+ 8 ° C - 1 ° C = + 7 ° C$
