Let ratio coefficient = x

And given : the ratio of Amy and Sheela present ages is 3 : 4 , So

Present age of Amy = 3x
And
Present age of Sheela = 4x

And also given : Ten years ago, Amy age was half of Sheela age , So we get

$$\begin{gathered} 3x-10=\frac{4x-10}{2} \\ \Rightarrow 3x-10=\frac{4x}{2}-\frac{10}{2} \\ \Rightarrow 3x-10=2x-5 \\ \Rightarrow x=5 \end{gathered}$$
So,
Present age of Amy = 3( 5 ) = 15
And
Present age of Sheela = 4 ( 5 ) = 20 ( Ans )
