Agricultural practice: The correct sequence is as followed:

Tilling or Ploughing:

  1. Tilling or ploughing is the process of breaking and turning soil.
  2. It's done with the help of a plough.
  3. Agriculture is the practise of growing crops and livestock as well as agricultural production.

Sowing:

  1. Sowing is the act of putting seeds into the ground.
  2. During this agricultural procedure, adequate care should be taken, such as maintaining the proper depth, maintaining the proper distance, and ensuring that the soil is clean, healthy, and free of disease and other pathogens, such as fungus.

Manuring:

  1. Plant and animal wastes are used as resources of plant nutrients in manures.
  2. After breakdown, they release nutrients. Agriculture predates the skill of gathering and using waste from animal, human, and vegetable sources to improve crop productivity.

Irrigation:

Irrigation is the application of water to soil with the purpose of meeting the water requirements of plant growth.

De-weeding:

  1. Other unpleasant plants may grow alongside the crop in a field. Weeds are the name for these unwelcome plants.
  2. Weeds are removed in a variety of ways by farmers.
  3. Tilling before sowing crops, mechanical removal of weed by plucking or chopping them low to the earth, and the use of weedicides are all examples of weed management methods.

Harvesting:

  1. Harvesting is the process of harvesting the plant's usable part or parts.
  2. The purpose of proper harvesting is to increase crop production while minimising crop losses and deterioration in quality.
