The correct option is C (COONa)2,(COOH)2
C is disodium salt of oxalic acid (COONa)2 and D is oxalic acid (COOH)2. Both are oxidized to carbon dioxide by oxidation with acidified KMnO4 and KMnO4 is in turn reduced which results in its decolourisation.
