We know that the slope of a v-t curve is acceleration, so constant acceleration means linear v-t curve,

From 0 to t1, acceleration is constant. Hence velocity increases uniformly. From t1 to t2, acceleration is zero, suggesting slope of v-t curve is zero. Hence velocity is constant and from t2 to t3, acceleration is constant and negative, i.e velocity decreases constantly.
