Let the son's age be x.
His age before 10 years is x-10.
Xaviers age before 10 years = 3(x-10)
Xaviers age after 10 years = 3(x-10) + 10 + 10
3(x-10) + 10 + 10 = 2(x+10)
⟹x = 30
∴ Xavier's present age = 3(x-10) + 10 = 70 years
