Ration of length and breadth $=4:3$

Let length of rectangle $=4x$

And, breadth of recangle $=3x$

Now, Area of rectangle $=length\times breadth$

$\Rightarrow 768=4x\times 3x$

$\Rightarrow 768=12x^2$

$\Rightarrow \frac{768}{12}=x^2$

$\Rightarrow x^2=64$

$\Rightarrow x=8cm$

Thus, length of rectangle $=4\times 8=32cm$

And, breadth of rectangle $=3\times 8=24cm$

And, perimeter of rectangle $=2(length+breadth)=2(32+24)=112cm$
