The area of a rectangle is 768 cm2 and its length and breadth are in the ratio 4:3. Find its length, breadth, and perimeter?

Given, area of rectangle =768cm2

Ration of length and breadth =4:3

Let length of rectangle =4x

And, breadth of recangle =3x

Now, Area of rectangle =length×breadth

768=4x×3x

768=12x2

76812=x2

x2=64

x=8 cm

Thus, length of rectangle =4×8=32 cm

And, breadth of rectangle =3×8=24 cm

And, perimeter of rectangle =2(length+breadth)=2(32+24)=112 cm
