$\Rightarrow$breadth $=\frac{689.30}{30.5}$

$$\begin{gathered} =\frac{68930\times 10}{305\times 100} \\ =\frac{226\times 305}{305\times 10} \\ =\frac{226}{10} \\ =22.6 \end{gathered}$$

Hence, the breadth of rectangle is $22.6$ m.
