Given,
Area of Swimming pool $=30$ ${\text{m}}^2$ and $250$ ${\text{cm}}^2$
As the given units are not same we will change ${\text{m}}^2$ to ${\text{cm}}^2$
We know that,
$1\text{m}=100\text{cm}$
Therefore,
$1{\text{m}}^2=(100\times 100){\text{cm}}^2$
Multiplying both the sides by $30$ we get,
$30\times 1{\text{m}}^2=(30\times 100\times 100){\text{cm}}^2$
$\Rightarrow 30{\text{m}}^2=300,000{\text{cm}}^2$
