The correct option is B Tollens' reagent
Since dichromates are powerful oxidising agents, they can oxidize double bond also, to protect double bond, we use mild oxidising agent as Tollen's [Ag(NH3)2]+OH which oxidises aldehyde to acids and Ag(0) (mirror) is precipitated.

Option B is correct.
