Let the number of students in the class=100

We have the ratio of boys to girls=3:2

Let 3x be the number of boys and 2xbe the number of girls.

5x=100x=1005=20

Number of boys =3x=3×20=60

Number of girls =2x=2×20=40

Now,

20%of the boys =20100×60=0.2×60=12

25%of girls =25100×40=0.25×40=10

Total number of boys and girls who are adults=12+10=22

Number of boys and girls who are not adults =10022=78

Thus, The percentage of students who are not adults =78100×100%=78%.

Hence option c is the correct answer.
