The correct option is C
Nitration in benzene ring is an electrophilic aromatic substitution reaction where more activating group on benzene ring decides the position of coming electrophile(here it is -NO2 group). In the anhydride, NO2 is attached to the benzene ring which itself attached with O of anhydride. It is because in this ring, O of anhydride acts as activatig group but C=O in other ring acts as deactivating.

Hence, (c) is correct.
