The correct option is A (III) > (IV) > (II) > (I)
Benzoic acid is more acidic than phenol because of the esonce stabilized carboxylate ion. thus IV and III are stronger than I and II. Electron donating methyl group decreases the acidic strength of carboxylic acid so III is stronger than IV.
Cl has overall electron withdrawing effect, increasing acid strength of phenol thus II is stronger than I.
So, acidic strength increases in the order of I<II<IV<III
