The correct option is B Tunica interna, tunica media and tunica externa
Arteries, veins and capillaries differ in structure. Three coats or layers are found in both arteries and veins- tunica interna, tunica media and tunica externa. The outermost layer is called as the tunica externa. The smooth muscle is found in the middle layer or tunica media of arteries and veins. However, the muscle layer is much thicker in arteries, than in veins. A thin layer of elastic and white fibrous tissue covers an inner layer of endothelial cells, called the tunica interna in arteries and veins. The tunica interna is actually a single layer of squamous epithelial cells called as endothelium, that lines the inner surface of the entire circulatory system.
