The correct option is C

Area of the cross sections is - area of the rectangle ABEF + area of the triangle BCD.

= (12 x 10 ) + 12 x (16 - 10)(12 - 7.5)

= 120 + 12 x (6 x 4.5)

= 120 + 13.5

= 133.5 cm2

Volume of cross section = area of cross section x length

= 133.5 x 400

= 53400 cm3

weight of the metal in kgs = 6.6×534001000 = 352 kg (approx)
