The value of the resistance of the resistor is :

Least count of milliammeter scale =300 mA15= 20 mA

Value of current = 9×20 mA = 180 mA

Least count on voltmeter scale = 315=0.2 V

Value of voltage applied = 9×0.2 V = 1.8 V

According to Ohm's law,

V = IR or R=VIR=1.8 V180×10-3 A=10 ΩR=10 Ω

Hence the correct answer is Option 1.
