The correct option is C 1 mA
Given:
This transistor is common emitter type.

Current gain, β=100

Change in base current, ΔIB=10 μA=105 A

Change in collector current ΔIC=?

We know, β=ΔICΔIB

ΔIC=βΔIB=100×105=103A=1 mA

Hence, (C) is the correct answer.
