The correct option is A 5 m/s
Using Law of Continuity,
A1v1=A2V2

A1=8cm2=8×104

v1=0.1560=2.5×103ms1

A2=40×108m2=4×107m2

Using above theorem,
8×104×2.5×103=4×107×v2

Velocity at holes =5ms1
