Since ABCD is a parallelogram, the opposite sides are equal.

Therefore, AB = CD and AD = BC.

In triangles ABD and CBD

AB = CD (Opposite sides of a parallelogram)

BD = BD ( common)

Thus, by SSS congruency condition. ABD CBD.
