The Diagonals of Rhombus are Perpendicular to each other and also bisect each other

hence, We can assume that Rhombus is made of 4 Right angled Triangle

and Hypotenuse of the Triangle will give the side of the Rhombus.

$\Rightarrow a=\sqrt{(\frac{12}{2}{)}^2+(\frac{16}{2}{)}^2}=\sqrt{100}=10$
