B - Sperm duct / Vas deferens
C - Urethra
D - Testis / Seminiferous tubule
E - Scrotum

(b) Vasectomy is represented in the diagram.
(c) Sperm duct/Vas deferens is ligated in the process.
(d) Tubectomy is the corresponding surgical method conducted on females.
(e) Fallopian tube/oviduct is ligated in females to prevent the passage of ovum and avoid pregnancy.
