Maximum charge on 1μF, Q1=CV=1×2=2μC
Maximum charge on 2μF, Q2=CV=2×1=2μC
Maximum charge on 3μF, Q3=CV=3×3=9μC
So, maximum charge on the system is Q=2μC
Equivalent capacitance 1Ceq=1C1+1C2+1C3
So, 1Ceq=11+12+13
Ceq=611 μF
External emf V=QCeq=26/11=113 volt
