For inside distance :
Radius = $70$ m
Circumference = $2 π r$ = $440$ m
For outside distance :
Radius = $70 + 7 = 77$ m
Circumference = $2 π r$ = $484$ m
Total length = $440 + 484 = 924$ m
Cost = $R s . 7 \times 924 = R s . 6468$
